We find that by educating our clients they can analyze their cases with a knowledgeable and experienced attorney to decide how they want to proceed.To reach this goal, we work with our potential clients to develop the facts and conduct an initial review without charge. By going through this process, we arrive at the best approach for the case. In this way, our prospective clients learn a lot about their cases and feel satisfied with their decisions.
Some of the cases require hiring an attorney. Many do not. At the conclusion, the client knows if they need an attorney and how to proceed. Peter Moote has been an aggressive champion of personal and civil rights for 25 years. Now in his early fifties, Peter limits his practice to claims of injured persons and employee rights.
Peter is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyer’s Association and one of the prestigious Eagles in the Washington State Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Claims and all Washington state courts.
